Volunteer Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to assist with enhancing our project archive by implementing a user-friendly drop-down filter. This feature will enable visitors to easily search and filter our project archive by specific categories and tags, ensuring they can quickly find relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a drop-down filter for our project archive using WordPress.
  • Ensure the filter allows users to search for projects based on keywords associated with categories and tags assigned to each blog post in the archive.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the filter aligns with the design and functionality of our website.
  • Test the filter for usability and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in WordPress development, particularly with custom taxonomies, categories, and tags.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Ability to create and customize WordPress plugins or themes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
