About Global Birthday Project:

Position Overview:
The Program Leader will be responsible for leading and managing specific programs under the Global Birthday Project. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing birthday celebration programs for children in various communities, ensuring that each project aligns with the organization’s mission and goals. The Program Leader will also work closely with volunteers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate and oversee the organization of birthday celebrations, ensuring they are inclusive, culturally appropriate, and impactful.
    • Work with local partners and volunteers to ensure smooth execution of events and activities.
  • Volunteer Management:

    • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to assist with program activities.
    • Assign tasks to volunteers and ensure they have the resources and support needed to perform effectively.
    • Provide ongoing support and recognition to volunteers to maintain high levels of engagement and motivation.
  • Partnership Development:

    • Identify and establish partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to expand the reach and impact of the Global Birthday Project.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and stakeholders to ensure continued collaboration and support.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:

    • Track program progress and outcomes, ensuring all activities are aligned with organizational goals.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from participants, volunteers, and partners to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on program performance to the Program Director.
  • Communication and Outreach:

    • Promote Global Birthday Project’s programs through social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
    • Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and conferences to raise awareness and foster partnerships.
