Seattle Humane could use some moving help on Monday, August 26! A company is closing their Seattle office and has generously donated a bunch of furniture to the shelter to replace some of our older items. Just one catch: we need to bring it here.
We're looking for several volunteers to help with loading and unloading furniture between an office in downtown Seattle and our campus in Bellevue. We've got the truck, we just need more hands. Volunteers can meet at the shelter and carpool with staff so you don't have to deal with downtown parking. We have a few shifts throughout the day, with the earliest starting at 10 a.m. and the last shift ending at 6 p.m.
