Are you looking to make a meaningful difference in someone's life? We need a caring and empathetic volunteer to provide companionship to a hospice patients at different nursing homes within our service area. These patients would greatly benefit from having a warm and friendly presence a few days each week.


- Spend time with the patient, offering emotional support and companionship.
- Engage in activities that the patient enjoys, such as conversation, reading, or listening to music.
- Provide comfort and reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Respect the patient’s dignity and follow any specific guidelines provided by the nursing home.

Qualifications:
- A compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Good communication skills and a genuine desire to help.
- Availability for a few hours a day, several days a week.
- Experience with elderly or hospice care is helpful but not required.
