Mission Statement
The Aspen Healthcare family of companies has been bringing great healthcare home for over two decades. Our nurses, therapists and other healthcare professionals are dedicated to educating and empowering patients to take charge of their own care, so they can achieve the highest possible level of health and independence
Description
At Aspen Healthcare(tm), we understand that healthcare is not just about providing medical treatment, but also about supporting patients holistically to ensure they have the highest possible quality of life. That’s why we’re proud to have a team of dedicated volunteers who are an integral part of our circle of care for home healthcare and hospice patients.
Our volunteers work alongside our skilled medical staff to provide companionship, support, and additional attention to our patients. They play a crucial role in improving patients’ quality of life by offering emotional support and engaging in activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. From engaging in conversation to playing games or simply offering a listening ear, our volunteers provide an additional layer of support to our patients and their families.
Volunteering with Aspen Healthcare(tm) is a meaningful experience for our volunteers as well. They have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients who are often isolated or lonely, and to connect with others in their community who share their values and commitment to making a positive impact. We’re grateful for the contributions of our volunteers and the vital role they play in our mission to provide exceptional care to our patients.
