The World Roma Federation is looking for a passionate and motivated Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As an Outreach Coordinator, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with community partners, donors, and supporters. Your work will help raise awareness about our mission and expand our reach within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with community members, partners, and potential supporters.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in community events and activities to promote the organization’s mission.
- Assist in organizing and executing outreach campaigns, including communication through emails, social media, and newsletters.
- Track and report on outreach efforts and their impact on the organization’s goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in community outreach, event coordination, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media and other communication tools.
