Responsibilities:

• Review and update Lights Back On Inc.'s existing business plan to reflect current goals, programs, and strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Develop a detailed budget that aligns with our business plan and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with our leadership team to gather necessary financial data and projections.
• Provide recommendations for financial planning and resource allocation to support our mission.
• Ensure that the business plan and budget are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with nonprofit best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business planning, financial management, or nonprofit development.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, and creating financial reports.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
