Volunteer Position: The Director of Programs and Community Outreach will volunteer to oversee the planning, development, and execution of community programs and outreach initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that programs align with the foundation’s mission and effectively serve the community.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of community programs.Develop partnerships with local organizations and community groups.Supervise Program Coordinators and other volunteers involved in community outreach.Assist in monitoring program budgets and resources.Represent the foundation at community events and meetings.Report on program outcomes and impacts to the Executive Director and Board of Trustees.
Qualifications:Strong organizational and leadership skills.Experience in program management or community outreach is highly valued.Passion for making a positive impact on the community.
