Join our Get Out The Vote (GOTV) Campaign to engage voters. We're calling on passionate individuals like you to make a difference in our community.
About the Campaign: This fall we will focus on civic engagement and making voting accessible to everyone in our community. As a volunteer, you'll have the chance to:
- Engage and empower yourself as an organizer and critical thinker.
- Develop leadership skills and participate in a model of social change.
- Foster the empowerment of young leaders and local communities.

Originally founded to advocate for just wages and working conditions among San Antonio’s public school workers, SWU’s scope of work and political impact has grown significantly over the past 30 years to address these multiple facets of injustice that impact low-income families in South Texas.
