Position Overview:

We seek a passionate and experienced individual to join our Board of Directors. As a board member, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of our organization, ensuring we effectively fulfill our mission and continue to grow our impact. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant organization making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance and Oversight: Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the organization adheres to its mission and maintains financial health.
• Leadership and Advocacy: Advocate for the organization in the community and leverage your network to support our programs and initiatives.
• Fundraising and Development: Assist in identifying and securing funding opportunities, including individual and corporate donations, grants, and sponsorships.
• Program Support: Offer insights and guidance on program development and evaluation, ensuring that our offerings effectively meet the needs of our participants.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow board members, the executive director, and staff to drive organizational goals and foster a collaborative environment.
