Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of our most vulnerable community members? Lids of Encouragement, a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our executive leadership team. Together, we can work towards ending street homelessness and providing support to those in need.

**About Us:**
Since 2017, Lids of Encouragement has actively worked to encourage and uplift individuals facing hardships in our community. We utilize a unique model that engages community members to create encouraging Lids that seal meals, care packages, and hygiene kits. Our mission is driven by a leadership team that understands the challenges of homelessness and is committed to innovative solutions.

**Positions Available:**
- Executive Director
- Director of Volunteer Engagement
- Director of Fundraising and Development
- Marketing and Communications Director

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the board and staff to advance our mission and strategic goals.
- Lead initiatives to expand community outreach and organizational impact.
- Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and management.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies.
- Foster partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**
- Passion for social justice and community engagement.
- Previous leadership experience in nonprofit management or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Experience with fundraising, marketing, and community outreach is a plus.

The Lids of Encouragement is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization

Create. Donate. Disseminate.

We get people here in San Diego, CA to create Uniquely Encouraging Lids that we use to seal meals and hygiene kits for the hungry and homeless. We do not disseminate 'left overs’, each meal is created special just for one person. No two meals are the same.

It’s not hard to see there is a need for the hungry and the homeless in our local community. They need inspiration, encouragement, and good food for the soul. We get the community involved by Creating, Donating, & Disseminating "Lids of Encouragement" in our local community.
