We are creating fundraising teams throughout the US. Team member's donations will roll up to the Team Leader donations in Zeffy.com. Total team donations will roll up to county donations. County donations will roll up to State donations and State donations will roll up to total US donations.
On our website we will have an interactive map of the US showing total donations of all 50 States. Within each state of the map we will have not only the total contributions of the state but of each county in the state.
We need a researcher to maintain the donation levels per county, state and total for the US updated weekly because at this time the map does not connect with the Zeffy platform.
We will also have a page on the website listing the different tiers of members based on donations. We need to have the dollar amount per tier updated for the website.
We will have another page listing our team leaders and how much their team has contribute in total. We need to update the weekly total donations per team leader.
We also need to contact the director of the Section 8 program in each county from where we have received donations and ask how long is their qualifying list for the Section 8 and how long its taking to process the entire list. This information will be used in the team donation pages.

Our mission is to expand affordable housing opportunities across the United States by leveraging the Section 8 housing program and private funds from generous donors and investors. We provide below-market rate financing for purchases and renovations of multifamily apartment properties to increase the available number of high-quality, affordable rental homes. When the multifamily properties are sold, Section 8 tenants stay in place and loans are repaid and available our next project. We offer educational and support services to all tenants through partnerships with local amazing existing for for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Our goal is to empower families and children so they can achieve financial independence and no longer need government assistance. We reduce small business gentrification. We provide below-market financing for commercial properties that lease to businesses with fewer than 25 employees in up-and-coming areas. These businesses are crucial to local communities.
Description
Founded in September 2023, we are taking a different approach to expedite the expansion of affordable apartment rental units across the US and reducing homelessness. We do this using a unique combination of resources including the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8, community banks, real estate private equity, local and national partners, and local and national donors.
