Position: Director of People Operations
Location: Remote
Type: Volunteer, 10-12 hours per week
Are you passionate about creating detailed role profiles, managing spreadsheets, and ensuring smooth people operations? Yuvoice is seeking a Director of People Operations to oversee the creation of job adverts, role profiles, and application packs. You will play a crucial role in managing candidate paperwork, tracking applications, and supporting the People & Culture team during busy periods.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed job descriptions, role profiles, and application packs.
- Oversee and manage candidate paperwork, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Take responsibility for the recruitment tracker (spreadsheet), keeping it up-to-date and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support the P&C Administrator with managing the central inbox, responding to inquiries, and coordinating communication.
- Assist with interviews during peak times, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for potential candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with a passion for role profiles and spreadsheets.
- Experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally within a volunteer or nonprofit setting.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with standard office software and spreadsheet tools.
