Description:
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for managing the Meal Groups who come in through our Family Meal Program to provide a meal for our families. Preparing a meal for our families is a wonderful way for groups to support the House. Consequently, there are numerous guidelines to follow and rules to remember that can make it stressful for the group.
The Kitchen Supervisor is vital to the success of the meal. Their purpose is to provide support and direction to the group throughout the meal. The goal is to provide a nice meal for our families and a rewarding time for our group while staying within our preparation and clean-up guidelines.
We depend on the Kitchen Supervisor to welcome our groups to the House, direct them through setup, and be available to answer questions that arise.
