Director of Belonging (DEI Role)
Hours: 10-12 hours per week
Location: Remote, Global
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Role Overview: As the Director of Belonging at Yuvoice, you will lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization. Your role is essential in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement DEI strategies and initiatives.
- Promote a culture of belonging and inclusivity across the organization.
- Collaborate with teams and leadership to address DEI challenges and opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate DEI efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and support on DEI topics and practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in DEI or related roles.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive cultural change and foster inclusivity.
- Passion for promoting a diverse and equitable workplace.
