Director of Events
Hours: 10-12 hours per week
Location: Remote, Global
Reports to: Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
Role Overview: As the Director of Events at Yuvoice, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing virtual and in-person events that engage our community and promote our mission. Your role is crucial in creating memorable and impactful experiences for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an event strategy that aligns with Yuvoice’s goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event budgets and timelines.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve event quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for creating engaging and impactful events.
