Post It Love, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit launched on Valentine's Day 2024, boosts elementary students' academic success and emotional wellbeing through handwritten notes. Spend just an hour a week creating colorful, heartfelt messages to significantly impact a student's life.
Write notes on your own schedule, but submit them promptly to ensure students receive regular encouragement. You can write as many notes as you'd like, with a minimum of 25 notes to support one elementary student weekly for half the school year.
Note Guidelines:
- Halved index cards of any color - 3' x 2.5' (No full cards or other types of paper), Decorate your note with colors, drawing, or stickers (Let's make it fun!), and avoid any religion, ethic, gender, sexual, or offensive language (Keep it kind and inclusive)
- Complete the online registration process at www.postitlove.com/registration
- Be able to mail your completed notes to our address: 9550 Spring Green Blvd. 408-338 Katy, TX 77494
All notes must follow our guidelines to ensure suitability for elementary students. Every 25 approved notes count as 1 volunteer hour.

Post It Love aims to provide uplifting emotional support for students through weekly handwritten notes offering words of encouragement and affirmation. Our letters remind youth they are cared for and capable, nurturing perseverance and resilience. While many nonprofits offer financial help, we provide the equally crucial emotional backing students need to reach their potential.
Grounding our approach is the belief that uplifted, empowered students unlock their drive to create promising futures. Despite backgrounds, all children deserve to feel loved, valued, and fully supported throughout their education. Post It Love envisions learning environments where every student has the encouragement required to flourish.
By writing and delivering personalized notes, we bridge emotional gaps plaguing underserved youth. Our objective is facilitating environments for students of all means to thrive.
