Bellevue: Vacuum and chat

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Volunteer Services

A 75-year-old Bellevue resident needs just a bit of help with keeping her apartment in order. A little vacuuming, some laundry, and add in a bit of socialization. In less that two hours every couple of weeks you'll be a hero to your neighbor!

Volunteer Services assists low-income older adults and persons living with disabilities. Volunteers can provide assistance with light housecleaning, transportation, grocery shopping, home repair and yard care.

Time and location are very flexible; you can volunteer in your own neighborhood at on days that work for you, at times and frequency that fit your schedule. You are provided with an orientation and ongoing staff support.
