The Board of Directors for Guiding Path Enrichment Center (GPEC) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and work closely with our Board of Directors. GPEC is a nonprofit educational organization that serves youth in the CSRA and surrounding areas with tutoring, enrichment classes, and educational programs. We also advocate for teachers by offering professional development opportunities, in-school support, and recognition at local and state board meetings.

To continue advancing our mission and goals, we are looking for volunteers with expertise in the following areas:

  • Educational advocacy
  • Financial planning
  • Marketing
  • Community activism
  • Private/corporate entrepreneurship
  • Legal/attorney consulting (specializing in education)

Joining the Guiding Path Enrichment Center Board of Directors offers a chance to develop leadership skills, expand your professional network, and gain valuable experience in governance and strategic planning. More importantly, you will influence key decisions and contribute to the success of our organization. This is a meaningful way to give back to our local youth and educators.

If you are interested in making a difference, please respond to this post or email us, and a board member will contact you with further details: board@guidingpathenrichment.com

We look forward to working with you!

Description

Guiding Path Enrichment Center (GPEC) is a nonprofit organization that provides aid to our local youth. Our mission is to enhance children's lives by supporting them through educational tutoring, career development, GED testing/classes, and scholarship assistance. We currently support children between the ages of six and seventeen that are enrolled in our local K-12 school. We assist them in reading, writing, math, and study skills.
