Responsibilities:

1. Assist with Daily Tasks: Help the swami manage schedules, appointments, and daily routines, ensuring tasks and projects run smoothly.

2. Organizational Support: Handle administrative tasks like record-keeping, correspondence, and logistics for events, retreats, and travels.

3. Event and Project Coordination: Organize community activities, workshops, and spiritual practices. Coordinate with volunteers and other participants.

4. Seva (Service) Activities: Participate in service work for the ashram, including event setup, guest support, and general maintenance.

5. Communication: Act as a point of contact for the swami, assisting with emails, phone calls, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

1. Strong Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and keep projects on track.

2. Commitment to Service: Motivated by a desire to help others and support the swami’s spiritual mission.

3. Good Communication: Comfortable with basic communication tasks, both written and spoken.

4. Adaptable and Flexible: Ready to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.

5. Interest in Spiritual Growth: Open to participating in meditation, yoga, and other practices.

Experience in spiritual communities, nonprofits, or event coordination is a plus but not required. This role is ideal for someone local who wants to support a meaningful cause while gaining hands-on experience in a spiritually enriching environment.
