Mission Statement

We are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of marginalized communities by offering them access to education, healthcare, clean water, and essential necessities. Our mission extends further to fostering gender equality and empowerment in order to create lasting transformations within Ugandan societies and alleviate poverty on a national scale.

Description

Murphy Charitable Foundation is a legally registered humanitarian non-profit organization situated in Uganda. Since its establishment in 2018, our organization has been actively involved in operating within Eastern Uganda, specifically collaborating with local communities residing in the Bukedea district and the surrounding areas of North-eastern Uganda. Having witnessed the profound suffering endured by vulnerable individuals grappling with the consequences of poverty on a daily basis, we have developed a range of projects aimed at tackling the underlying causes of this social issue. The primary objective of Murphy Charitable Foundation Uganda is to advocate for and provide assistance to individuals residing below the poverty line in Ugandan communities, thereby addressing the root causes of poverty.
