BluShues Inc. is a non-profit organization, and ministry, dedicated to distributing free Bibles
and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God
accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative

Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all
operational activities.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and
drive continuous improvement.
* Interested in becoming a CEO
* Lead the organization's administrative functions.
* Collaborate with the Executive Director and program teams to align operations with the
overall organizational strategy and mission.
* Represent the organization externally and build relationships with partners, stakeholders,
and the community.
* Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the organization's work in the religious and non-profit sectors.
* Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing operations team to support the
organization's growth and impact.
*Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and servant leadership within the organization.

* A genuine passion for the organization's mission of sharing the Bible is
essential.
* Alignment with the organization's values and a commitment to promoting them
is crucial.
* The role demands a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic who is
committed to the organization's success.
* The COO must uphold the highest ethical standards and demonstrate integrity in
all dealings.
* Having the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible in
approach is important.

Qualifications and Competencies:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, non-profit management, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
- Progressive leadership experience in a senior operations or COO role, preferably in the
non-profit or faith-based sector.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multi-functional operations,
including but not limited to finance, HR, IT, and administration.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Alignment with the organization's Christian mission and values.
- Passion for empowering people to engage with the Bible and grow in their faith.

BluShues, Inc. is a Christian non-denominational organization, and ministry, that operates to make the Word of God available to everyone and to introduce people to a relationship with, and the revelation of, Jesus Christ. BluShues, Inc. primarily accomplishes this purpose by providing new, full-size, free Bibles to individuals and organizations. Providing free Bibles provides ministry, education, and literary resources to those in need (the poor, distressed, and underprivileged) and to those who are curious about God or Bible.
