Join Puentexas as a literacy leader!

Declining literacy rates among children in our communities are a growing concern. By supporting Puentexas, you can actively contribute to improving literacy skills for young learners struggling with reading and comprehension. The best part about this opportunity is that many of our initiatives can be supported remotely, allowing you to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home.

Puentexas is a by-kids for-kids non-profit. By signing-up for this opportunity, you are expressing interest in joining Puentexas as a long-term member. Being a member means that you will also have the opportunity to rise to leadership positions as well! In-person responsibilities may include going door-to-door in your community to ask for book donations and/or tutoring. However, we also have many remote opportunities such as virtual tutoring.

Click "I want to help" on our VolunteerMatch post and take a step today towards bettering yourself while making a significant difference in our community.

To learn more, or if you have any questions, please visit our website puentexas.org or email david.liu@puentexas.org. We can’t wait for you to join our amazing network of volunteers.
