This major, end-of-year fundraiser is at Ginger and Baker, this season, and includes: a silent auction as well as our holiday concert, featuring TBD Colorado professional musicians and our advanced Chamber Music Academy students with our faculty.
-Help is needed in collecting and thinking of silent auction experiences to include in the major portion of our fundraising event. This is in majority done from an existing list of items and businesses to contact. Brainstorming and additions are highly appreciated and welcome!
-General planning of the event would include monthly meetings of getting together in person or zoom to plan details of the event. A lot already set in place. Assigning roles for the day and how set up happen is a lot of these meetings.
-Help in getting auction details and descriptions of items onto the online platform. Comfort with online software and technology helpful.
-On the day set up and take down of auction!
Date of event: Sunday, November 17th, 3 to 6pm
Set up time: Sunday, November 17th 12pm to 3pm
Clean up time: 6 - 7:30pm
Event Planning: starting in August through November.
As you can tell, these volunteer opportunity could be just the day of the event or in the coming months approaching the event. We'd love to have your help!
