STEM Montessori Academy of Canada (SMAC-SIAC) is a registered not-for-
profit organization specializing in science, technology, engineering, and math.
(STEM) programming is open to all students with the mission to deliver top-
notch STEM literacy and application. The SMAC will specialize in an advanced
bar-none. STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the
interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math
(STEM)
Do you want to be part of a dynamic international STEM Canada YouTube
production team? Are you passionate about creating compelling video
content and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital media?
We invite you to showcase your skills and make an impact by volunteering for
4 months on our exciting new STEM Canada YouTube channel project. As a
valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals,
contribute to innovative content, and build a portfolio that stands out in the
industry. Join us and turn your creativity into captivating stories that will
reach audiences around the globe!
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth audience analysis to identify demographics, interests, and
viewing habits.
Develop audience personas to inform content creation and marketing
strategies.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure audience growth and
engagement.
Experiment with different content formats and distribution channels to
optimize reach.
Build and maintain a strong online community through audience interaction
and engagement.
Identify opportunities for audience expansion through partnerships and
collaborations.
Develop strategies to increase subscriber retention and watch time. Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Experience in audience research and segmentation.
Understanding of YouTube analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for building and engaging online communities.
