A hospice patient in Bloomer is seeking weekly companionship from a hospice volunteer.
As a compassionate, reliable volunteer, you will bring this person the most basic of needs - human connection. For many hospice patients, the weekly volunteer visit becomes the highlight of their week.
As a volunteer, you might spend time talking, sharing stories and memories, listening to music, watching a movie, walking with a patient throughout the facility. There are also times to simply sit quietly with a patient to let them know they are not alone. We take our mission seriously, but we also have fun while partnering with our patients on their journey.

Volunteers go through a screening process, receive 7+ hours of training, and are mentored throughout their service.

Founded in 2022, Lily Home and Hospice is a family owned and operated health care agency dedicated to providing excellence in end of life care. Our team, comprised of over 50 years of combined hospice experience, includes our medical director, registered hospice nurses, certified nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, massage therapists, music therapists and volunteers all coming together to carry out the Lily mission in the care of our patients.
Lily Hospice has offices in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
