Our mission is to create impactful AI-driven solutions while nurturing the next generation of tech talent. Interns will gain hands-on experience and the opportunity to transition into a paid position after the internship.

Role Overview:
We are seeking passionate AI Development Volunteer Interns (wage listed is for after volunteer position and successful product launch, not right away) who are eager to gain real-world experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. As part of our team, you will contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions for various projects. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills, build your portfolio, and work alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development team to design and implement AI models and algorithms.
Participate in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis.
Develop and test machine learning models and fine-tune them for performance.
Assist in the integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
Conduct research to stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies.
Document development processes and results.
Attend two weekly meetings: a 15-minute checkup and a 1-hour full team business meeting.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, R).
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
Experience with data preprocessing and analysis.
Basic knowledge of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
Education & Experience:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Previous experience with AI projects (personal, academic, or professional) is a plus.
Work Environment:
Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration.
Ability to commit to 10-20 hours of work per week.
Flexibility to attend two weekly meetings: a 15-minute checkup and a 1-hour full team business meeting.

Finally, we brainstorm solutions through our in-house Project streams. By branching out through theses channels, we avoid siloing resources to any one approach.
