Mission Statement

The mission of the Richard & Clara Harrison Foundation is to empower families to thrive.

Description

The Richard & Clara Harrison Foundation connects with existing nonprofit organizations (local and national) to raise awareness of and bring their programs to neighborhoods where they’re most needed. We focus on three areas that impact the outcomes of families - education, financial literacy and health/ nutrition. Families often have limited knowledge of and access to many of the critical resources available to them and we bridge that gap by building awareness via our web and social media presence and in-person local relationships. The Foundation also raises and contributes funds and provides volunteer hours to make these resources more accessible.
