Like military service, hospice care is a team effort. We are end-of-life experts and proud level three partners of the "We Honor Veterans" program. Our Veteran-to-Veteran Volunteer Program provides volunteers with the training needed to support military service veterans and their families with in home hospice care. Veteran volunteers help provide both direct and indirect patient support, such as sitting, reminicing, or reading with patients, writing letters, watching tv/sports or listening to music, taking part in veteran recognition ceremonies, assisting in replacing lost military awards, and so much more. It would be our honor to have you help us help our veteran patients in their final journeys and regain the camaraderie they have lost.
