Starting August 26th, The Salvation Army Anaheim Red Shield is excited to introduce a new 'client choice' food distribution style. This means that individuals seeking food assistance will now have the opportunity to choose their items in a grocery store-like setting, complete with shopping carts!

The Salvation Army has a vibrant expession in Orange County with four churches that offer a place for spiritual growth and ministry opportunities in our community.
Our Hospitality House houses 50 men in a shelter and job search program to enable them to live independant lives. In 2015 we break ground for a 75 bed facility.
We offer transitional housing for families in a 1 year program with case management for jobs, education and practical skills.
Our 5 Family Services Offices have food banks for low-income seniors and families in Orange County as well as emergency rent and utility assistance.
OC614 is our Homeless Ministry where the homeless are engaged one-on-one or in groups to provide needed services and counselling.
We participate in the Orange County Network of Emergency Trafficking Services to aid the victiims of human trafficking.
Our Women's Auxiliary is a "hands on" women's group providing assistance to all Salvation Army programs in Orange County.
The Salvation Army provides excellent preschool and afterschool programs in Tustin and Anaheim.
