Chi-Care needs your help! This year's Taste of Lincoln Avenue street festival has agreed to donate 100% of tips to Chi-Care if we are able to get enough volunteers to serve at the beverage tent! We anticipate this will allow us to fund approximately 1,000 meals for distribution to the local homeless and migrant population. Please help us with this amazing cause!
Chi-Care is an organization that feeds Chicago's unhoused brothers and sisters, with the goal of ending food insecurity across Chicagoland.

Chi-Care mission is to serve the unhoused and those in most need across Chicagoland. We provide hot meals directly from restaurants and hand deliver them to our brothers and sisters experiencing homelessness. We also serve our new migrant neighbors throughout the city.
Chi-Care was founded in March 2020. Our mission was to serve those in need directly were the reside. Access to transportation is limited for the unhoused, so serving them at their encampments and shelters made it most convenient for them. Our city has also seen an increase in migrant neighbors and we also support them consistently. As of July 2023, we have served over 130,000 meals and this could not have been achieved without the help of amazing volunteers and restaurant partners.
