Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Specialist to join our nonprofit division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating leads, and building strong relationships with nonprofit organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies tailored to nonprofit organizations.
    • Identify and target potential nonprofit clients, including charitable organizations, foundations, and community groups.
    • Utilize various digital channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.) to generate and nurture leads.
  2. Lead Generation & Conversion:

    • Create and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms aimed at nonprofit organizations.
    • Qualify leads and convert them into partners or clients through effective sales techniques.
    • Track and analyze sales metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit clients, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific organizational objectives.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  4. Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for the nonprofit division.
    • Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing campaigns and product offerings.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure nonprofit client needs are met.
  5. Market Research & Analysis:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the nonprofit landscape.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential nonprofit clients.
    • Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  6. Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital sales or a similar role, preferably with experience in the nonprofit sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
