Senior Community Services is expanding into Delano and we are looking for day time volunteers to help Seniors/Older Adults 60 + with technology support. The volunteer would help run a clinic for 2-3 hours at the Delano Senior Center. The clinic runs every Wednesday from 12:30-2:30.

This would look like volunteers helping iwth the basics of phone, laptop and tablet use. Basic knowledge of Apps, Facetime/Zoom, email, texting etc needed.

Description

Senior Community Services Wright County HOME Program serves seniors, 60 years and older, in the communities of St. Michael, Albertville, Otsego, Monticello, Buffalo, Elk River and Big Lake, with household and outdoor maintenance to stay safely in their own homes. We help seniors with various household tasks and minor repair, outdoor services such as raking, weeding and window washing, as well as enabling them stay in touch with others with guidance in using their smart devices.
