Job Summary:

As the Grant and Individual Donor Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing funding for Bridge H2OPE's programs and operations. Working closely with the development team, you will be responsible for identifying, applying for, and managing grants, as well as creating and implementing a strategic plan to cultivate relationships with corporate and individual donors.

Responsibilities:

Grant Management (30%)

• Research, identify, and apply for relevant grants to support Bridge H2OPE's mission and projects.

• Collaborate with program managers and finance teams to ensure compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records of grant applications, reporting, and communication with funding organizations.

Individual Donor Engagement (40%)

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to attract and retain individual donors.

• Cultivate relationships with existing and potential donors through personalized communication, events, and outreach efforts.

• Create and manage fundraising campaigns aimed at individual donors, leveraging various platforms and channels.

Corporate Partnership Development (30%)

• Identify and approach potential corporate partners for sponsorship, donations, and collaborative initiatives.

• Work with the development team to create compelling proposals and presentations for corporate donors.

• Cultivate and steward relationships with corporate partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities, grant progress, and donor engagement, and present at the quarterly board meeting.

• Conduct analysis to assess the effectiveness of fundraising strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
