About Redeem These Ashes

Redeem These Ashes is a 501C3 nonprofit ministry that emerged from the transformative journey of former Radio Host and Pastor, Joey Krol. After years of battling with pornography, which ultimately led to his arrest for a sex crime, Krol experienced a profound transformation while incarcerated. He found redemption and healing through his faith and dedicated himself to helping others break free from the devastating effects of pornography. Today, as a changed man, our Founder ministers to men and their families who have been impacted by this pervasive sin.

Vision

Our vision is to live a society free from the grip of pornography.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to educate on the dangers of pornography, advocate for its removal, and offer hope and healing through Jesus Christ, who empowers us to live a life of freedom and purity.

How we do this:

Free Accountability App: We're developing a first-of-its-kind, free mobile app to combat pornography addiction. This removes financial barriers and empowers users to break free discreetly.

Powerful Education: Our Founder shares his powerful story at churches and events, raising awareness and equipping others to find freedom in Jesus Christ.

Hopeful Ministry: We provide ministry to fallen pastors and ministry leaders.

Overview: The Director of Outreach will play a critical role in expanding the reach and impact of Redeem These Ashes by engaging with churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations, and facilitating outreach to fallen pastors and ministry leaders featured in the media.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Church and Ministry Engagement:

Identify and connect with churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations to coordinate speaking engagements for our founder, where he will share his testimony and speak out against sexual sin, emphasizing freedom in Jesus Christ.

1. Support for Fallen Pastors and Ministry Leaders:
• Compile a list of current fallen pastors and ministry leaders in the media.
• Coordinate with the founder to provide ministry support and outreach to these individuals.
2. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Fundraising, Branding, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated efforts.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to align outreach activities with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to the unique vision and mission of Redeem These Ashes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with organizations and individuals.

Time Commitment:

• This is a volunteer position requiring a flexible time commitment of 20 hours a month.
