Job Description: Think Round Fine Arts is seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as an Online Gallery Curator. This role involves managing the digital representation of our gallery, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience for art enthusiasts and collectors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Editing Artwork Images:
• Edit and enhance artwork images to meet gallery specifications and ensure high-quality presentation online.
• Maintain consistency in image quality and format across all artworks featured in the online gallery.
2. Adding and Managing Inventory:
• Upload new artwork inventory to the virtual gallery space, ensuring accurate descriptions, dimensions, and pricing.
• Organize and categorize artworks within the gallery's database to optimize searchability and browsing experience.
3. Installation of Artworks in 3D Online Exhibition:
• Curate and design 3D virtual exhibitions using the gallery’s online platform.
• Arrange and install artworks virtually within exhibition spaces, ensuring visual coherence and thematic integrity.
4. Online Gallery Maintenance:
• Regularly update and refresh gallery content to showcase new arrivals, special collections, and featured artists.
• Monitor and manage online inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and customer satisfaction.
5. Promotion and Marketing:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting online exhibitions and featured artworks.
• Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to expand the gallery's online presence and attract new audiences.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Arts Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital content management, particularly within an art gallery or similar environment.
• Proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) and familiarity with 3D exhibition platforms (e.g., ArtSteps, Kunstmatrix).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service orientation.
• Passion for art and knowledge of contemporary art trends and movements.

Additional Information: This is a part-time volunteer position, based remotely, with occasional virtual meetings and flexible hours to accommodate international client interactions. The Online Gallery Curator will report directly to the Gallery Assistant and collaborate closely with the gallery’s sales and marketing teams.
