Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of the Bay Area. We are looking for volunteers for various shifts on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6, 2024. See website for more event information www.makingstrideswalk.org/bayareaca. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have regarding volunteer roles for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of the Bay Area. Wearables and snacks will be provided.

Volunteers can sign up and view specific roles and shifts at the ACS volunteer website, https://volunteercommunity.cancer.org/s/?oppType=Making%20Strides%20Against%20Breast%20Cancer&zipCode=94123&selectedRadius=30. You will need to log in to create an account to receive necessary information. Youth volunteers 14 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult, volunteers 15-18 will need to complete a waiver. ACS staff are able to sign off on community service hours (please bring your own form).

• Saturday 10/5/24 Event prep & loading 9:00 am to 11:00 am at ReadySpaces Storage Hayward (25509 Industrial Blvd, Hayward, CA 94545), 5 Volunteers needed
• Saturday 10/5/24 Event prep & unloading 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Marina Green, 20 volunteers needed
• Sunday 10/6/24 various shifts between 6:00 am to 12:00 pm
• Sunday 10/6/24 Clean-up 12:00 an to 3:00 pm, 10+ volunteers needed
