Qualifications

We're looking for a leader, who can manage multiple teams of student volunteers, providing them with mentorship and guidance. You should be adept at tracking team progress, as well as motivating remote workers.

  • Passionate about making a positive impact in the community.

What We Offer

  • A flexible remote working environment.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and students.
  • A supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Professional development and growth opportunities.

Mission Statement

Connecting high school and college students with residents in assisted living communities to combat the epidemic of loneliness. Putting a smile on the faces of seniors, including those experiencing cognitive decline, creating a bridge between seniors and youth.

Description

High School & College Students: Once a week 2 or 3 students engage in a video call with a senior citizen who is in an assisted living facility.
