Description

Harbor Hospice provides specialized care for terminally ill patients and their families. Our team of healthcare professionals administer comfort and supportive care to indvidual's, focusing on their well-being and comfort. Harbor Hospice was founded in 2005 by Qamar U. Arfeen MD, FCCP with a goal of providing outstanding care to patients and offering the community a better understanding of hospice care. We are joint commission certified.

  • Orientation or Training
  • 2-3 hours per week for each patient. If you accept 1 patient, this would be the total. If you accept both, then it would be 4-6 hours per week.
  • You would also have to take a drug screen before being accepted as a volunteer.
