We are seeking compassionate and dedicated indivduals to join our hospice team as volunteers. As a hospice volunter, you will provide emotional, social, and spiritual support to patients and their families in their homes, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Visit patients to provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Assist with daily activities such as reading, writing, or watching movies together
  • Provide light meal prep
  • Offer respite care to give family members a break
  • Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or other tasks as needed
  • Listen to patients' concerns and provide a supportive ear
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care
