Growing Home’s volunteer-supported Food Pantry serves hundreds of individuals with fresh, healthy, and culturally-relevant foods.
We have different volunteer opportunity schedules:
Pantry Stocking:
-Monday: 9am-12:30pm and 12:30-3:00pm
-Thursday: 8:30am-12:30pm and 12:30-3:00pm
- Unloading a large amount of food into the food pantry.
- Cleaning/sanitizing.
- Organizing/stocking shelves.
Food Pantry Service
-Tuesday to Fridqay: 8:30am-12:30am
-Thursday: 2:30pm-5:30pm
- Lifting/stocking food.
- Help families choose their food.
- Support foot and vehicle traffic.
- Support families in the waiting room.
- Monitor the number of families.
- Cleaning/sanitizing.
