ORGANIZATION: Helping Link-Mot Dau Noi

Do you like asking for donations for a great cause? Light research and writing? Helping Link seeks a volunteer for our Fund Development Team who will work with the Executive Director and the team to identify program needs and funding goals and help find sponsorships for Helping Link events.

Minimum commitment: 2-4 hours/week. Hybrid online/in-person but volunteer must live in the Puget Sound area (Western WA). Training is provided. Skills required include the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple or ongoing deadlines; strong research and writing skills; and the ability to use Microsoft Teams. Description

Helping Link has been serving the Vietnamese-American immigrant community for twenty-five years. We provide English language, citizenship, and computer education classes for adults and seniors; job-site language training; information and referral services for our most vulnerable; and cultural events for the community. Our programs are offered in a bilingual context and in a supportive, family-friendly atmosphere.
