About Us: SkinScan AI is a cutting-edge telemedicine platform that leverages AI for skin condition diagnoses and treatment recommendations. We're seeking an experienced Python AI Engineer to join our team and build intelligent AI agents using multi-agent frameworks like Crew AI. Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI agents using Python and multi-agent frameworks (you can choose any framework - https://blog.context.ai/comparing-leading-multi-agent-frameworks/)
Implement agent communication, coordination, and decision-making algorithms
Integrate AI agents with our existing AI models and backend infrastructure
Develop and train machine learning models to enhance agent intelligence
Collaborate with our dermatology and AI teams to ensure agent alignment with clinical guidelines
Optimize agent performance, scalability, and reliability
Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Python programming
Strong background in AI, machine learning, and multi-agent systems
Experience with multi-agent frameworks (Crew AI, Autogen, MAgent, etc.)
Proficiency in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with other AI frameworks (Ray, RLlib, etc.)
Knowledge of dermatology and skin condition diagnosis processes
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations
Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
