The Rittenhouse Square Fine Art Show is currently seeking individuals who are willing to volunteer a few hours at our 2024 September show. Located in Downtown Philadelphia at 18th & Walnut, Rittenhouse Square is one of the most beautiful and beloved parks in the city. The show dates are Friday, Saturday and Sunday- September 20th-September 22nd including a setup day on Thursday September 19th. This is a rain or shine event.
We Have a Place for You!
By volunteering you will experience a one-of-a-kind behind-the-scenes opportunity to gain a deeper appreciation for the artists and their amazing work. Duties may include help with setup, info booth sitting, community art project, artists booth sitting, program distribution, surveys and teardown. You will not be assigned a task that you are not comfortable with. Our volunteers are the backbone of our show. They help make the Rittenhouse Square Fine Art Show one of the top outdoor shows in the country. We appreciate ANY time you can give us.

We would love to have you volunteer with your family and friends! High school, college, school clubs and organizations can earn valuable community service hours participating in our volunteer opportunities. Community clubs and organizations are welcome to join our many volunteer roles.

Our mission is to create the best Art show possible.
The Rittenhouse Square Fine Art show is the oldest outdoor fine art show in the country. We have over 140 critically acclaimed artists exhibiting in six different categories: oils and acrylics, drawing and pastels, mixed media, printmaking, sculpture & watercolor.
We have student artists exhibiting in the center along with community outreach groups.
The show surrounds the perimeter of Historic Rittenhouse Square, one of the oldest and most beautiful city parks in the country.
We are an artist run board-all of whom are active exhibitors. We are completely dependent on the kindness and generosity of volunteers
