Bridging The Gap works with all communities in the KC Metro area and want to ensure our information and programs are available and accessible to all of our KC Neighbors. Currently, our need is for a customer service oriented volunteer(s) that would be comfortable with speaking on the telephone to help translate phone calls and help with email translation. We would like to have a broad reach in Kansas City with volunteer translators fluent in Spanish, French, Swahili, Karen, Kinyarwanda, and Burmese.
This can be a remote volunteer opportunity, or in office - your choice! Please let us know if you can help!

Bridging The Gap (BTG) educates citizens, businesses and governments about the impact their decisions have on our environment. We help them follow through with direct action to make our world, region and community green, healthy and sustainable.
BTG does this by working to create awareness of our environment and the need to make our communities sustainable at every level and in all life activities -- in homes, workplaces, schools and neighborhoods. In all of our work, we seek to create partnerships among governments, businesses, community leaders and individuals to improve our community by making it healthy and sustainable for our future.
