Position Summary:

As a Human Resources Recruiter Intern at 902 Youth, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our HR professionals to assist in the recruitment and selection process. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of recruiting methodologies, candidate evaluation, and the chance to contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and interest in 902 Youth.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.

  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and our company website.

  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Participate in career fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment initiatives.

  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials for new hires.

  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

  • Conduct research and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources and talent acquisition.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with ATS is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
