Position Summary:
The Volunteer Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team by managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the executive team's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Ensure there are no conflicts and that all engagements are properly documented and communicated.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including sending invitations, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials are provided in advance.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as preparing documents, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Task Management: Assist with managing the executive team's tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.

We aim to help special needs centers in Gilbert, AZ. We are also looking into planting trees and helping teach technology to older generations, as well as volunteering in Chandler libraries. We aim to make positive impacts in the community we work in!

We connect volunteers to institutions supporting individuals with special needs right here in Gilbert, AZ. We also have volunteer opportunities in the library every season! Additionally, we also tutor online and have many other opportunities for volunteers to gain many volunteer hours within their own community! We accept all volunteers of ages 13+.
