Are you passionate about giving back to the community and making a positive impact? Continuum Care of Broward is seeking dedicated volunteers to coordinate special events for our memory care and hospice patients. Your efforts will bring joy and cherished memories to those in need.

Main Responsibilities

As a volunteer event coordinator, you will:

• Liaise with clinical staff and the volunteer coordinator during the event process.
• Manage all event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes.
• Maintain event budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked accurately.
• Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and other necessary vendors.
• Ensure every detail of the event is well-organized and executed flawlessly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of vendor management.
• Have excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
• Be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
