Become a Puppy Raiser for American Trained Service Dogs We're looking for caring individuals to open their homes and hearts to our adorable service dog puppies in training. You'll provide a loving and stable environment for 18 weeks, while teaching basic obedience skills and socialization. Service dogs are trained to perform specific tasks to assist people with disabilities. Therapy dogs provide comfort and emotional support, but aren't trained for specific tasks.
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) only grants public access rights to service dogs.
