Position Overview: As a Volunteer Credit Coach for our Youth Program, you will play a crucial role in educating and guiding young artists on personal finance, credit management, and financial literacy. Your expertise will help empower them to make informed financial decisions and build a strong financial foundation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions to youth participants on credit management, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Develop and deliver workshops or presentations on topics related to personal finance and credit education.
  • Assist youth in understanding credit reports, improving credit scores, and managing debt responsibly.
  • Collaborate with our team to integrate financial education into our youth programs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Passion for youth development and financial empowerment.
  • Experience or knowledge in credit counseling, financial coaching, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in working with youth.
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Commitment to our mission of supporting youth through arts and education.
